Nondiscrimination

Nondiscrimination Notice

Dignity and respect are not conditional. Services are provided without discrimination.

This is placeholder language. Aeterna Health's formal nondiscrimination notice, grievance procedure and civil rights coordinator contact information should be supplied and published here before launch.

Our policy

Aeterna Health provides services without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, marital status, veteran status, or source of payment.

Admission decisions are based on whether the program's approved services and level of care are appropriate for the individual's needs and on current availability.

Accessibility and communication support

Reasonable accommodations, auxiliary aids and language assistance are available so that people with disabilities and people with limited English proficiency can access services.

Raising a concern

Anyone who believes they have been treated unfairly may raise a concern with our team. Concerns are reviewed without retaliation, and individuals may also file a complaint with the applicable state or federal agency.
