Structure is the point
Residential treatment is built around predictable rhythm: rest, meals, groups, individual treatment time, wellness and reflection.
That structure is not about control. It is about creating enough stability for real therapeutic work to happen.
The first days
Early days focus on arrival, orientation, individualized assessment and beginning a treatment plan built around the resident's goals.
Schedules vary based on individualized treatment needs, appointments, programming and the program's clinical schedule.
Planning for after
Transition planning starts early rather than at the end. It may address continued treatment, recovery support, healthcare, housing and community integration.
